Willow Creek Wealth Management, an independent wealth management firm providing services to individuals, families, and businesses for over 40 years, is pleased to announce the addition of Ryan Beach to the team, in the position of Director of Advisory Services.
In his new role, Beach will lead Willow Creek's team of Wealth Advisors, serving as both a coach to the firm's advisory professionals and a vital connection between advisors, operations, and leadership. He will focus on creating an environment where advisors can continue to excel professionally while making a meaningful difference in clients' financial lives.

Beach is energized by the leadership and culture side of wealth management, where he believes the real work happens. What he finds most fulfilling is developing advisors not just as professionals, but as people, and fostering a team culture built on trust, consistency, and shared purpose.
Having called Sonoma County home for over 35 years, Beach is an active community leader who has served on a variety of nonprofit and community boards. He was a board member of the Santa Rosa Metro Chamber, serving as the 2020 Chair of the Board of Directors. A graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa (Class 23), Beach has also been recognized with the Santa Rosa Young Professionals Network Volunteer of the Year award and was named a Forty Under 40 business leader by the North Bay Business Journal. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring the Sonoma Coast, visiting local wineries and craft breweries, catching live music, and spending time with his wife and kids.
