As Director of Advisory Services, I lead our talented team of Wealth Advisors with a focus on creating an environment where they can excel professionally while making a meaningful difference in our clients' financial lives. I'm responsible for coaching and developing our team, serving as a vital connection between advisory, operations, and firm leadership. My work blends mentoring with strategic initiatives, from driving business development and shaping the client experience to building the culture and infrastructure that helps everyone perform at their best.
I'm energized by the leadership and culture side of wealth management; that's where I believe the real work happens. What I find most fulfilling is developing advisors not just as professionals, but as people, and fostering a team culture built on trust, consistency, and shared purpose. There's nothing more rewarding than watching talented individuals grow into their potential while contributing to something larger than themselves.
Having called Sonoma County home for over 35 years, I love everything it has to offer. From exploring the Sonoma Coast to visiting local wineries and craft breweries, and catching live music whenever I can. I have a passion for travel and exploring new places, and I'm always up for an adventure in a new city. As a San Francisco Giants fan, I enjoy taking in a game at Oracle Park whenever possible. I'm also active in the community and have served on a variety of nonprofit and community boards over the years. At home, I cherish time with my wife Daniela, our two kids Bella and Luca, and our family Goldendoodle, Leo.
