Beginning my journey at Willow Creek as our receptionist, I have since moved on to become a key member of the Client Service Team. I work closely with our advisors to ensure clients receive attentive, timely support – whether it’s for a new account setup, processing cash requests, or responding to day-to-day service needs.  

One of the most rewarding parts of my role is being a consistent and caring point of contact for our clients. I believe that great service is about more than just getting the details right, it’s about making people feel heard and supported. Whether I’m managing logistics behind the scenes or answering the phone, I take pride in creating a warm, dependable experience for everyone I interact with.

I live in Santa Rosa with my husband, Matt, and our three adorable cats. When I’m not at work, you’ll likely find me in my garden – my goal is to grow and preserve enough from my little suburban plot to include something homegrown in every meal. I also enjoy hiking (especially the trails at Annadel State Park), camping, and exploring the natural beauty of Sonoma County.
