When you call or visit Willow Creek, mine is often the first friendly voice you hear or face you see. As a member of the Client Service Team, I assist with a variety of front-line client needs – from answering calls and scheduling appointments to coordinating events and making sure every guest feels welcomed. I'm the go-to person for keeping things running smoothly at the front desk and helping create a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors.
What energizes me most about my work is the opportunity to connect with clients and make a positive impact on their day. My diverse background in fields like ecology, the travel industry, and professional cycling has given me a unique perspective and taught me to adapt quickly, think creatively, and approach every interaction with enthusiasm and care. I genuinely enjoy supporting others, and I take pride in helping both clients and team members feel taken care of.
Originally from Orange County, I moved to Santa Rosa in 2011 and now call it home with my husband Sebastian and our three cats – Buster, Lucy, and Cairo. I'm passionate about mountain biking and serve as co-captain of the "Hella Mello Racing" women's mountain bike team, where I'm helping build a stronger women's mountain biking community in Sonoma County. I also volunteer with the Redwood Trails Alliance, working on trail access, stewardship, and getting more people outdoors. When I'm not on the trails, you might find me road cycling, birdwatching, or planning my next adventure – I've been fortunate to travel to nearly 40 countries across five continents! Whether I'm exploring locally or abroad, I'm happiest when I'm outside discovering something new or organizing the next gathering with friends.
