As an Operations Associate at Willow Creek, I work behind the scenes to help keep things running smoothly. I work closely with our Advisory, Operations, and Trading Teams to support client relationships and provide operational assistance that helps ensure a smooth and responsive client experience. Whether I’m handling data entry, review, and retrieval or preparing and executing trades, my goal is always to be a steady, reliable resource – someone clients and co-workers can turn to with questions big or small.
No two days look the same in my role, and that’s one of the things I love most. But no matter what my day brings, I enjoy contributing to a team that takes real pride in our work. What motivates me most is knowing I’m part of a group that genuinely cares – about our clients, and about each other. I’ve learned how essential collaboration is to what we do, and how every role – big or small – contributes to the client experience.
Born and raised in Sonoma County, I live in Santa Rosa with my fiancée, Bella. Outside of work, I like to stay active through weightlifting and powerlifting. If I’m not in the gym, you can find me in the garage working on my Jeep for an annual trip along the Rubicon Trail in the Sierras, or in the kitchen baking a fresh loaf of sourdough bread. No matter the activity, I enjoy staying hands-on and working toward something that feels both fun and rewarding.
