As a Client Service Support Associate, I work closely with both our Operations and Client Service Teams. My days are a mix of operational and administrative tasks – from facilitating cash requests and assisting with client portal questions to developing and refining internal processes. My background in front-line client service has taught me to anticipate needs and stay detail-oriented – skills that help me support our team effectively. I take pride in being a reliable resource that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What I love most about my work is the opportunity to connect with people – to be a calm, helpful presence and make each client feel valued from the very start. My background in service-driven roles across industries like entertainment, hospitality, and education has taught me how to anticipate needs and respond with care, creativity, and professionalism. Whether I’m supporting a team member or assisting a client, I bring energy and empathy to each interaction.
Born and raised in Sebastopol, I now live there with my husband, Andy, and our two young kids. Life with young kids is always an adventure, but outside of chasing after my children, I enjoy spending time outdoors, singing karaoke, and savoring great meals and good conversation with friends. I’m also an avid reader and love diving into a new story or hearing everyone’s take on the latest read at book club.
