As part of the Willow Creek experience and our ongoing commitment to offer our clients leading-edge technology solutions, we are thrilled to announce that we’ve upgraded our Willow Creek Client Portal!
Through the new interface, you will continue to have on-demand access to your investment portfolio as well as quickly and easily see a snapshot of your portfolio allocation, transaction activity, and performance metrics.

Here’s what you can expect from the upgraded system:
- More Modern Interface: Our new interface takes advantage of the latest available design elements to provide you with a sleek, modern experience.
- Complete Financial Picture: Seamlessly (and securely) sign into your other financial accounts to pull in balance and transaction data for a live view of your entire financial picture in one easy to access location.
- All Your Data: All the most important details will still be available, including all of your historical data as well as your Quarterly Reports.
- Same Credentials: Your login credentials, as well as the link you use to access the Willow Creek Client Portal, will remain the same.
If you previously enabled Wealth Access within the Client Portal and have linked external financial accounts (credit cards, bank accounts, etc.), please be aware that Wealth Access will no longer be available within the new Client Portal as it will be replaced with a more seamlessly integrated system. As part of the transition, you will be required to re-link your external accounts, if applicable. Once set up, this will provide a holistic view of your finances, allowing for you to easily sync external accounts, balances, and transactions.
